How do I unsubscribe?
Unsubscribing is simple. Use the link within the email you wish to no longer receive. We will generate a confirmation of this unsubscription.
We hate to lose you and we hope you decide to come back. If there is something we did or did not do that is influencing your decision, please let us know how we can improve by sending an email to feedback@getsugar.com.
How many emails will I get?
The approximate number of emails you will receive is indicated in the text next to the check box for each list. It is important to note that the more lists you sign up for, the more communications you will receive. We want you to get the greatest possible benefit from getsugar and for some people that will be by signing up for everything and for others that will be by signing up for just a few. It's easy to unsubscribe, so sign up for some lists and see what you think.
Does getsugar cost me anything?
All getsugar emails and store lists are FREE.

Colors and Sizes
Every computer screen is configured a little differently. The orange on your screen looks, perhaps, more red than the orange on the screen next to you. We try to be as specific as possible in the descriptions- ie, using periwinkle vs. purple to describe a color. Or, by putting precise measurements in. Please contact us if you feel that the product you purchased has been drastically misrepresented. We hope that won't be the case, but please see our return policy for more details.
Returns
Selling the highest quality goods and services from the best local merchants is what we're all about. If upon receipt an item is broken or defective, please return to us for a full refund. Items must be in original condition unworn and unwashed and with tags and Purchase Receipt.
We also know that sometimes you get your size wrong when you can't try it on. That's why we offer a 100% refund guaranty if the item is returned to us within 14 days of shipping.
Unfortunately, some people take advantage of generous refund policies. As we don't carry inventory, when an item is returned to us for refund, we have to try to sell the item as best we can and may take a loss. Therefore to be able to offer a generous refund policy, we have to limit our risk from serial returners. Each getsugar shopper gets 3 refunds per year. If you reach 3 refunds, you will have one refund erased from your account for each year you go without requesting a refund.
Shipping
We are pleased to have ups solve our shipping needs. When your package registered in the system, we retained a tracking number. If your ground package, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive, is late, please contact us for tracking questions. Please see www.ups.com.
